How we collect your personal information

Using data you provide us over email, at physical meetings and telephone, we store the following information: name, e-mail address, phone number(s) and contact history.

For our website we are using a 3rd party provider to summarize, limited to when the website visitor accept cookies, which companies and other judicial persons that are visiting our site and what pages, but we do not gather information on individuals in either private or professional roles.

What we do with your personal information

We use your information to communicate within project work for your company and our marketing of services to your company.

Who we share your information with

Validus Engineering keeps all customer data under safeguard and do not sell/distribute any customer data to other organizations/companies nor do we share or transfer any sensitive customer data to other organizations/companies; the sole exception is our 3rd party provider for our distribution list which is limited to name and email address.

If you want to know what information we have collected about you, you have the right to request a copy of the data. This service will be provided free of charge as long as the request is not apparently unfounded or excessive. In that case we reserve the right for us to charge you for this service; you will be contacted if this is the case before we start processing your request.

If you no longer wish to be processed in our system, you have the right to withdraw your consent to use your personal data. You are entitled in some cases to have your data permanently deleted.
